Hi, my name is Sam and I'm the founder of Mighty Juice!

I bought a cold slow juicer during lock down as I had wanted my immune system to be at its peak, due to working in a hospital it was rife with COVID.

I researched and found out it's the best way to maintain nutrients from fruit and vegetables was via a cold slow press juicer that I had bought (not cheap may I add) I looked for the most effective ingredients that I could use, and hey presto, Ginger, Turmeric and Lemons and Limes, I combined this wonderful mixture, without losing any of the nutrients by boiling or cooking but by extraction.. I was able to supply my family and ageing mother and her friends during lock down, and that's how it started..

Working in a hospital, I was asked what it was and can I try it, by colleagues, then I offered it to those who had caught COVID to boost their immune system and to others as a preventative.

Now by word of mouth it is still spreading, in the summer as an allergy preventative and others are building their immune system for the winter!
